Glass Atmosphere

Ember approaches light not as a singular source, but as a layered spatial condition. Intersecting glass forms that rise and fall occupy the space not only through silhouette, but through the three-dimensional depth they generate. The material’s transparency allows light to pass through, refract, and overlap. Reflections multiply across the layered glass surfaces, creating a gentle fluctuation between brightness and shadow. The effect recalls the shifting, permeable nature of air — present through its influence rather than its visibility. The resulting illumination is both defined and fluid. Light is dispersed rather than projected, shaping the space without overpowering it. Scale is perceived not only through form, but through reflection.
